Brian has over 20 years of Management and Sales experience, and is a 15 year veteran of the 3D printing and custom manufacturing industry. As CEO, Brian is responsible for setting the tone and vision for the organization, leading the development and execution of long term strategy, and communicating on behalf of the Company to shareholders, employees, and the public.
Brian possesses versatile skills and experience in leadership, marketing, sales, and business systems, and believes the best leaders are those that make everyone around them better. Brian is a big proponent of people, processes, and technology, and credits past experiences for teaching him the core values of always serving the customer, being disciplined in everything you do, and continuously improving.
Brian has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia, USA.
Mallikarjun serves as the Founder and President of PrintForm. Mallikarjun is responsible for balancing growth and stability through acquisitions, partnerships and strategic alliances. Mallikarjun focuses on long-term and strategic needs for building PrintForm into an organization that provides efficient global delivery capabilities. He has been a Serial Entrepreneur for the last 17 years, and has built successful businesses ranging from Manufacturing to IT Services to a Business School and now 3D Printing.
Mallikarjun holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SDM College of Engineering, Karnataka, India and has also attended the Professional Education Short Programs - Additive Manufacturing at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), U.S.A.
Vice President of Operations, North America
Bill serves as the Vice President of Operations for North America, bringing seven years of direct experience in the additive manufacturing industry and over a decade of sales and project management leadership. He leads PrintForm’s project management, sales, marketing and production groups. Overseeing teams in both the US & India, he is tasked with ensuring successful collaboration throughout the global organization.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of West Georgia and a Master’s of Business Administration from Mercer University with a concentration in International Business.
Santosh is a Co-founder, Advisory Board Member of PrintForm. Santosh has been a serial entrepreneur for over 18 years. Santosh is the Co-founder and CEO of N S Infotech Limited, an information technology products and services firm. The company has a marketing office in Atlanta, GA and operations in Bangalore and Hubli, India. Santosh founded Global Education Network Private Limited, an Education ERP solution company, in which IBM put seed money. The company was sold in 2007.
Further Santosh was the Founder of Global Business School, a MBA college affiliated with Karnataka University, Dharwad and is accredited by AICTE, Delhi. Santosh is Director of ACS Infratech Private Limited, an infrastructure company specializing in Industrial, Parks and Township Development in Karnataka and Maharashtra. Santosh has global exposure and experience and lived in the US for over 5 years, during which he formed many strategic alliances with large corporations. He is the Chief Mentor of FUEL NGO, which is working in the areas of counseling, educating and guiding students in the 7th to 12th grade on career opportunities. Currently FUEL has counseled over 900,000 students and has goal to reach 10,000,000 students.
Santosh is the founding President of TiE – Hubli Chapter (The Indus Entrepreneur). Santosh is a branch committee member of Indo American Chamber of Commerce, Bangalore.
Santosh is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka. Santosh has completed a Masters in Management from McGill University, Montreal, Canada and a Diploma in Management from INSEAD, France jointly with IIM-Bangalore. Santosh has attended the Global Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School, Philadelphia, PA. Santosh is a Dr. D C Pavate Fellow to Judge Business School, Cambridge, UK in 2014.
